Dukale
This lot is prepared by Dukale Wakayo Dakola station in Sidamo.
Ato Dukale is the owner and he was born near Bensa, where his parents already had a coffee farm. In the late 1980s he built his first washing station in Daye Bensa, which he named “Awraja and his family”.
Awraja was mostly Ato Dukale’s nickname when he was a famous volleyball player and travelled around the country with his team in the colours of his district: Bensa Awraja! Since then, his business has flourished and it has been taken over by Ato Dukale’s sons, Assafa, Shahsamo and Yamrot.

The coffee doses indicated below refer to a double shot extraction, that is, two espresso cups at the same time.
