“Irlanda” is produced in Chiapas, terroir of Soconusco.
The producer is Walter Peters, pioneer of biodynamic coffee agriculture.
Water treated with medicinal plants is applied to the coffee foliage to protect them from pests and improve photosynthesis, apart from sowing around each Camomila, Dandelion and Nettle plant, which help as well. The farm counts 270 hectares of production and 50 of nature reserve that is a real sanctuary.
It delivers a pleasant hazelnut, almond, honey and lime nuances. Amaretto biscuit aftertaste
